Kinsei Engineering Inc, is a long-established cast metal manufacturer founded in 1986. They are known as the original developer and seller of the V-Pulley. The strength of the company is its in-house integrated production system, using its wealth of knowledge and experience to design and develop metal casting using 3D CAD / CAM / CAE, and to manufacture and assemble precision machinery. The company knows its raw materials very well only a casting manufacturer can do, and this distinctive position enables the company to propose solutions and services that can help its customers eliminate waste between each step of the production process. Through the ingenuity of its employees, Kinsei’s production […]
From infrastructure, to semiconductors, nuclear, medical care, to the space industry, there is an increasing demand for jointing products made from metals and ceramics. Kawaso Texcel Co. Ltd., with its advanced technological capabilities with regard to strong, air-tight jointing of metal-on-metal and metal-on-ceramic, has an excellent reputation as one of Japan’s leading specialist manufacturers of air-lock strips using a wide variety of metals and ceramics materials.
Gamagori Seisakusho is a manufacturer of components of precision machinery. The company’s motto is high-mix, low-volume production, and while the company has only 13 people, it has been involved and continues working on requests from a number of research institutes such as the National Institute for Molecular Science (Japan) to manufacture its experimental devices and to produce parts for artificial satellites. The company’s greatest strength is in the finishing of easily-distorted cut materials, such as lamination of products with complex shapes with a high degree of precision, and can perform processing up to ±3~5 microns. The company’s precise metal processing technology, combined with the capability to provide the best solution […]
Miyama Giken, a company manufacturing printed circuit boards in Tokyo, has been able to realize detailed consulting for clients and a shortened delivery time by doing everything from the start, all the way to the mounting process, all in-house. They have also taken on the new project of developing CO2 sensors within the company, a move that stems from the characteristically Japanese business philosophy of prioritizing the customer’s needs, as well as the growth and expansion that comes from creativity not bound to existing values.
M-TECH draws the most attention is the precision processing of such challenging materials as stainless steel, brass and titanium from Φ4.0 to Φ0.5×10mm (a 20-fold increase in aspect ratio). Normally, micro-fi ne long processing performed on a lathe induces elastic deformation, resulting in tapering defects. Therefore, in order to overcome that hurdle the company used a special micro-NC lathe, micro-fi ne screw cutting work and a proprietary technique for the processing of complex shapes, as well as a correction system incorporating a charge-coupling device (CCD) camera as a main part of the overall process, thereby achieving the production of an external dimensional tolerance ±2μm as an integrated component in a […]
An official partner of Panasonic, Sango Metal Industrial Co., Ltd. is a leading provider of precision welding services. Their expertise lies in laser welding of materials as thin as 0.2mm, such as terminals on lithium batteries. They currently hold 38% of the global share in this industry. Recently, they installed 2 new equipment to their arsenal, the fiber laser oscillator, which makes it possible to seam weld copper and other hard-to-weld materials, and the galvanometer scanner, which boasts a faster laser traveling speed for higher production efficiency. With these innovative technologies at their disposal, they are now focusing their efforts on fuel cells for cars and medical devices, both of […]
Seki Press Co. Ltd. has realized the new stamping technology which splits a metal like a string cheese for complex 3-D shapes. It is a process of using a metal mold to split and tear metal materials such as iron, bronze, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, and more, that are in the form of plates, coils, and bars. It is called the Warisaki Method which we have patented. We have realized the new stamping technology for complex 3-D shapes, which could lead to cost reduction in various kinds of products.
Since our establishment in 1964, Shinwa Kosaku Co., Ltd. has been working in metal processing. Currently, they are mainly working on casting processing of metals like aluminum, as well as three-dimensional NC processing. We have a multiple general purpose lathes, NC lathes as well as machining centers in our arsenal. From casting system planning, producing wood and metal molds, and cutting processes, they do it all. We also do CAD/CAM modeling in-house. For production of casts, They work with a plant that possesses a very high level of technology. We do the production and processing of metal and wood molds ourselves.
